Reader has some extras that stripped-down competitors can't match, such as its Read Out Loud tool, which can read documents to you if you have sound capability. Adobe recommends that you directly pick the next update, which fixes critical network issues - 19.021.20048. We could highlight text, add Sticky Notes, take a Snapshot, and attach Comments. We could also Print our document or e-mail it as an attachment or via Adobe SendNow. Clicking the Sign icon on Reader's toolbar let us digitally sign documents by adding text or attaching a signature via a wizard. This should not be the case but Adobe refuses to acknowledge it being an issue. If you have any staff with a Pro subscription, they are able to upgrade Reader to Pro on the machine, without admin credentials. The issue is that 64bit Reader gives people the option to sign-in with Adobe credentials. Just in case anyone else looks here later for a solution.
